Update Jan 8th: The Contrast will be Divine

Good morning my friends!!!!! I have a lot lot lot of things to talk about today, so I think I will  plunge right in  :>)

The first thing I want to talk about is something that is upsetting many people, and I've been inundated with emails and skype messages about this.

Drake and Casper.

When I wrote the article "You have a Right to know"  I was very clear :

"What I'm going to write here is the truth as it's been told to me. As I have said several times over and over again, I do not consider anything "solid intel" unless I can get multiple confirmations from several very different sources- sources that I trust because I have already vetting their information thoroughly."

I stand by this statement 100%.  I am not going to try to convince someone else that their sources are not true.  I stand behind every single thing I wrote in this article with full KNOWING that it is Truth according to all of MY sources.  If someone elses sources disagree with the Intel that I am giving, then they have a choice:  They can believe their sources, or they can believe my sources, or they can go out and seek further information and draw their own conclusions.  This is the choice of every person who reads anything, they have Free Will to discern for themselves what to believe.  I have said this over and over again here on RTS- I am telling the information that I have, that I have vetted out and cross examined and verified between multiple sources from many many different areas.  I am bringing you the information that I have.  What YOU do with that information is completely and totally up to YOU.

I am working on patience, but it's not my strong suit, and there are days when frustration overcomes calm.  But I'm working on it.

As I have said in response to several comments over the past few days, emails and skype messages:  Drake knows exactly where to find me.  He has not made a single effort to engage me in conversation of any kind on the information contained in the "You have a Right to know" article (or any other article).  Heather, Randal and Caleb's contact information is right on The People's Trust website.  Neither Drake, nor Casper has made any effort to contact them- by phone or email. My email address is posted right at the top of the RTS page and I've posted out my skype contact info several times (d.breakingthesilence in case they missed it before).  Neither Drake, nor Casper,(nor Jean) have asked me a SINGLE question about ANYTHING.

That is their choice.

oh and Casper, Heather has no idea what you are talking about with a cancelled meeting with attorneys.... none what so ever.

Yes, Boehner is the new Interim President.  This position is not about Boehner as a person, but about the position he holds as Speaker of the House.  It has been explained to me that this directly relates to NESARA law.

Look in the media- since early December he has constantly been in the news- Constantly- and his speech to open the 113th Congress gives some broad hints at the change that is coming. Personally I don't like Boehner, and when I was initially told he had been sworn in as the Interim President my first reaction was: "WTF?!?", but I have been told that he has been put on a very short leash.

Once NESARA is announced, within a very short time frame, new constitutionally sound elections will take place and the People will choose their new president.

Right now there is a final kicking and screaming match going on by the Powers That Were- they are Terrified and absolutely Freaking Out.  There is a final push to create fear and panic in the civilian population that mirrors their own dread.  They have lost, and now they are faced with the final decision to make- only they can make that last choice.

We are on the cusp of change.  We are about to witness full disclosure of EVERYTHING.

This is what I have been told. This is what I believe.

I am memorizing every moment of the NOW, because the NOW is about to be so amazingly different that I want to savour the contrast. I want to remember the contradiction between what was and what is.

It will be AWESOME!

On a personal note: I am feeling MUCH better today!  Yesterday was a day of turmoil for me- besides a cold and a broken tooth, I realized that my SELF was sick through conflicting emotions and not being true to my self and my deepest understanding of Me and what I am doing here.  I had a fitful night, but woke up knowing KNOWING what the issue was and understanding.   I will work through that later today.

Has ANYONE bothered to go to Pierce County Recorded Documents and LOOK at Heather's foreclosure case? The first thing I did when faced with TOPPT was to validate she existed by going to the Pierce County Auditors site and look up recorded records under the name Tucci=Jarraf.(I live in Washington so when I saw the test case mentioned in Gig Harbor...I knew to go to Pierce County, and now you know because I have shared with you, information.)
Amazing what I found. 12 entries all with PDF files of motions filed...
...But still people are waiting for Heather, AK, D or ANYONE to do the boots on the ground work for them.

Swimming through the quicksand: Casper, Keenan, Whistleblower, Drake

The smoke and lies are ridiculously thick right now.  In the past month the Cabal has heightened their fear porn to unbelievable levels, and the disinfo agents are working overtime to muddy the waters till it's like swimming through quicksand.

I happen to like this article from Rumour Mill News because Xavier makes some very good points in here- points that echo a theory that has been bubbling in my own brain.  Some of these people are not who they portrait themselves to be.

Over the past two weeks I have had some serious insight into the background of some of the actors in this play, and some of them - ones whom many here have supported and applauded and defended from all comers- are not as pristine nor "white knightly" as they would have us believe.  And some are downright wrong, in every way.  At this moment I'm not at liberty to talk about this in any detail, but suffice to say: Keep your bullshitometers finely tuned and read everything with discernment.

Are you confused by the dialogue going on between these men? You should be – for that is a big part of their purpose. Let me explain: You have heard about the ‘Good Cop, Bad Cop’ routine, yes? The whole point of it is that both cops are on the same team – but organized to totally confuse and intimidate their victim into trusting the ‘good cop’. Which the victim usually does… Well here, we – the more discerning element of the public who read sites like RMN – yes, we are the intended victims. And we are supposed to concede a specific point of view being promoted through (and despite) the complexity of what is going on here. My working assumption is that a manufactured disarray around the OITC, through this ‘good cop, bad cop’ scenario is exactly what is being created. They – good shill, bad shill - are all on the same team, an alphabet agency controlled by a government which is, in turn, under complete control of the international banksters. Let’s call the agency ABC (ok, two out of three…) Much of the agency works directly for the banksters (but paid for from your taxes and the proceeds of drugs/guns/trafficking). The agency is co-ordinating a sophisticated ‘good cop, bad cop’ scenario spreading obfuscation around the OITC. Why? Because OITC is a big nightmare to the banksters, the ABC agency’s ultimate masters (just like several others). What OITC is doing by bringing massive collateral back into play to support and stabilize our money holds the potential to bring the banksters down, certainly to destroy their money-manipulation and theft games, something these fear-merchants themselves fear. Of course, OITC could also rescue the banksters – but the latter dare not trust anyone (judging others as you judge yourself!), so they will never allow themselves to cut such a deal, indicating that a rescue (allowing the illuminasti out with some dignity) probably will nevert happen. So – through the ABC agency, the banksters have their shills deployed. Actually, it is high level shilliness, ultimately not serving the banksters I would guess (oh yes, and I claim a new word…Definition: Shilliness – the foolish deployment of shills to one’s eventual detriment). A few notes, then, about the players (and excuse me if I have some fun with them in the process...) Remember – they are all working for the same boss. It is a well-planned and executed spin-fest, designed to confuse US while marginalizing the very important OITC. In this spin-scene we have: Keith Scut (a dictionary definition of Scut: a deeply foolish person) playing the ‘bad shill’ role. Has a reputation for running several personas on the web at once. He was inserted into the OITC for some years, he became trusted internally – and from that position of trust crafted a number of bad scenarios with outside parties, designed to eventually make OITC look bad through negative publicity after the event. David Cayford aka Whistleblower, who I shall re-name Craw Fish (as in ‘something very fishy sticks in my craw here…). The Classic ‘good shill’ role, appearing to protect and support the OITC, and publicly assuming an ‘insider’ position in the process – but interesting how every now and then he puts the knife in. His latest is the claim that Dr Ray Dam, chairman of OITC, died in 2010. Well, I have spoken at length with Dr Dam, quite recently, so as far as I am concerned that statement is completely false. Why this sudden viciousness from an apparent supporter? Well, I am told by someone I can rely on that Craw Fish (Whistleblower) is probably one of Keith Scuts many internet characters. I suspect that Scut, reported as currently being under great personal pressure, ‘lost it’ for a moment, confusing his various faces, and lashed out through the ‘wrong’ persona. My pendulum seems to agree. And, I am told, nobody at OITC has ever heard of this character. Duh! Incidentally, Dr Dam now has a global network of 138 (so far) true and noble souls - many in high places either materially or spiritually - who truly are sincere and genuine and who will act to help stabilize many countries and all inhabitants of this beautiful blue planet. Think of this as a positive hydra – act to cut off the head of the OITC, and a far bigger and more powerful team takes the front line! So, if you are listening dear illuminasti banksters: for you, the demise of Dr Dam is really not a good idea. Craw Fish has been trying to build a case that OITC has been taken over and is under new chairmanship – not easy unless and until you dispose of the real chairman. Which the team has tried really hard to do. Then we have Neil Keening (Definition of keening – wailing for a dead person). Perhaps he is wailing for the supposedly dead Dr Dam? In which case you can dry your crocodilian tears Neil. Or the recently demised Dr Michael Vandemeer, thought to have been Keening’s handler. But wait – my pendulum indicates quite strongly that Vandemeer is not dead…hmmm. He, too, is said to have worked with same ABC agency in a fairly senior role. I am told Casper also appears to work for that same ABC agency, but for a different department. Occasional comment have been made by Casper on OITC (cross-department co-ordination here), but mostly his role seems to be to keep many people taking the ‘hopium’ of good events yet to come, and a kind of ‘managed information dependency’. There is a lot of this on the web and many of the hopium stories have been worked up for years. These spurious initiatives represent a vast capacity to depress very large numbers of people who might otherwise be active in moving positive things forward – some of whom become dangerously destabilized, And a few committing suicide when they finally realize no delivery is possible. And talk about hiding in plain sight…Casper = spook = ABC agency! Duh (again!) Maybe Dr Vandemeer is indeed alive, and is controlling this whole scenario, from a new location and under a new name? From my personal experience of him, he certainly has the ability. And it would not be the first time he has disappeared, moved countries and assumed a new name and persona. Whatever…the whole scenario is completely macCIAvellian (Definition: Cunning, scheming, and unscrupulous, esp. in politics or in advancing one's career.) When the Craw Fish invites one more fly into his parlour – what if it turns out to be a hornet? I suggest this because my OITC contact says: “There will soon come a time when all the old guard is no more then a loud clanging noise irritating the world as we know it . And that time is very soon. You can beat your own drum Craw Fish but strong words of advice: OITC is no longer your little sitting duck. The operational team has been hugely expanded. You hit one duck we all take a defensive position and cover each other . You know, like the Spartans did (or maybe you wouldn’t know, as one must have lived a code of honour to understand it!) My contact also says: “Scott, we are no longer that little fly, this time you get the Hornet . Your are already held up in Indonesia in Cowboy town with no way out. Keep trying to catch flies and you will catch something that really stings back.” The key to enlightenment here is to remember THEY ALL WORK FOR THE SAME TEAM: and that confusion and obfuscation is a main methodology in their business. Casper's Response to Keenan Sept 25

As I have said before, I disagree with many things that Casper has said recently.  One of the reasons is that I disagree with his slant or interpretation of events that have or are happening.  But I will say that in this update I do agree with him on a several points.  I am trying to discern who wrote the introductory paragraph to this report as it also highlights several things that are very important to consider, in my opinion.

I think that much of the confusion and arguments that have been generated between Keenan and several others is due to one major issue of contention.  As is said below in the introduction, I think that Neil believes that the Global Collateral Accounts are the be all and end all and that therefore only he is responsible for them and therefore for the economic salvation of the world.  

In previous articles I have said that Keenan and I disagree about the World Global Settlements.  Our disagreement stems from the fact that Neil does not believe that the WGS has been released, whereas I have lost count of the number of sources that have verified not only their existence, but the fact that the money is now in the US, has been released, and is now being sent out world wide. 

A brief note on gathering intel:  Whenever there is a false story or disinfo being spread- regardless of where it is generated from- there is ALWAYS a whistleblower. There have been several of such instances where 3 letter agencies have deliberately spread out a story to throw people off the scent of what's really going on (especially in the world of the "RV"), and each and every time there has always been at least a few people who have come forward and said "No, that's not true, that's not what is/has happened".  When the intel about the details and release of the World Global Settlements  began flowing in, we received verification from dozens of sources- from all areas of government, agencies, foreign embassies and governments, and financial institutions.  We did not receive a single whisper from any source to indicate that this was not in reality happening. This doesn't happen.  There is always a whistleblower. Add to this, the many different sources bringing info with regards to the Prosperity Packages and the Global Currency Revaluation...

...hence the fact that I am certain that the World Global Settlements are a fact and the money is being released. 

Chapter Two of the Leo Wanta Biography is being launched today (which I will post links to in a short while).  I have not had a chance to read it yet, but I've been given a heads up that it will answer some of the questions as to where the original money given to Wanta, by Reagan, actually came from.  This information should clear up at least some of the disputes.

Beyond the World Global Settlements, the Wanta funds, and the Global Accounts, there is still the St. Germaine Trust out there.  The WGS, Wanta funds (we think), and the SGT, are not part of the Global Accounts, and therefore are not within the scope of Neil's responsibility nor his prime focus.  Therein lies the conflicting opinions, information and the arguments.

Casper is correct: his business is not Keenan's business and his sources are not Neil's sources. Just as my sources are not Casper or Keenan's sources.

Going back to a conversation I had with Enerchi, from Ascension with Earth:  If we could get all these people with vital information together- like Casper, Keenan, Drake, Fulford, Hinkle, Wilcock, Poof, Heneghan, and several others- and get them all to the table to openly discuss what they know... I think that the Master Puzzle would come into sharper focus and the lines that divide each section would blur out, leaving a much clearer picture of the whole.

...BUT.......

....Could it be that the reason there IS so much conflict is that those conducting the orchestra are deliberately keeping these people divided?  Over the course of the past few weeks I have come to think that this might be exactly the case.  If you think about it, in the last month or so, several people have done a flipflop in their prime focus and suddenly taken a different path.  Might this be because those who are in control of the changes that are currently happening across our planet are manipulating the situation to control the release of the new system?  Perhaps doing this by distracting one of those people who has been leading the charge of informing the public so that they do not leak vital info on the timing of the event? Timing IS everything after all is said and done.

Regardless, it's time to bury the hatchet. We are all working on the same puzzle and it's about time that everyone acknowledges that.

DISCERNMENT ADVISED

THIS WILL BE MY LAST POST AS IT WILL SURELY PISS OFF DRAKE AND THOSE THAT ONLY BELIEVE IN WHAT HE SAYS PLUS HIS CLOSE ASSOCIATION WITH NEIL KEENAN AS DRAKE BELIEVES IN EVERY WORD NEIL SAYS. I have said the same thing before that Neil has a God Complex believing that no money can come to the people but by him. I have said Neil does NOT control ALL the money and assests in the world. The funds to do Ambassador Leo Wanta's task assigned by Regan came from the Treasury. He used these funds to trade in the Ruble which brought down the USSR and ended the Cold War. This created the Wanta-Reagan-Mitterand Protocols. Therfore, since the money came from the Treasury that which was gained from the trades belong to the people of the United States, and not Neil Keenan and the Collateral Accounts. This is the same way that George Soros has made his money. Wanta's funds were to benefit the United States with taxes and high speed rail. Soros uses his funds to subvert governments including our by buying votes, controlling the elections by owning the company that counts the votes, supporting ACORN and very left wing blogs, radio programs, TV, and other media resources not to mention his own aggrandizement. As you read Casper's response, the group that sent packages to the governors was RUSA and Tim Turner, not Casper.

CASPER UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 25, 2012 - In Response to Neil Keenan Good Morning All: This is the ‘infamous’ casper here with a brief reply to this morning’s Neil Keenan reply to our update of 9-20-12.

First Friends, lets recall why Casper brought the unrelated subject of Keenan and his business into a Casper update on the 20th. It is because he stated many things in writing on the internet one of which was that the programs will never pay. He inserted himself into "our business", a business unrelated to his own, one which he has nothing to do with and obviously knows nothing about other than what he has been mislead to believe by his new friends at the OITC and/or Global Accounts who have been saying from the beginning of time that they own every dime that exists upon this planet including any funds which might be claimed or owed to program participants. You will recall that WE "fought" publically with "Whistleblower/ Obama" for a year or two about this before other battles apparently drew their attention away from their skirmishes with us. Now comes Keenan singing the same very old song and in the employ of those who are attempting to claim all funds for themselves.

WE know a great deal more about Keenan and his employers than we reported. What we know, or think we know, comes from sources around the world and not from our personal involvement with the Wanta Funds, the 120 nations, or the White Hats as charged by Keenan in his overnight update. WE never discuss the Global Accounts, the OITC, the WGS, or even the Wanta Funds except perhaps in a passing remark or unless, as in this case, someone like Whistleblower or Keenan issues highly disturbing and false remarks about "our business", then we bite back saying he/they are wrong, do not know what they are talking about, and should tend to their own knitting which is not going nearly well enough for them to mess around in things that are none of their business. Based on our Intel Keenan will not be able to re-file his lawsuit. Furthermore, we hear, some of his "employers" are reconsidering their "arrangements".

It would be very easy to take Keenan’s overnight update apart line by line pointing out all the factually incorrect statements because there are so many. But why bother? Those who have read and retained the Intel provided in our updates are able to recognize his mis-statements or deceptions as the case may be. WE have never been involved with any u-tube presentation for example, nor had even the remotest thing to do with the 120 or so nations, or any reporting on that subject. Is Keenan lazy, mis-informed or deceitful. You decide. He goes on to say, "It is the Global Accounts Casper is speaking of, not the Wanta funds." No I did not, I made no mention of the Global Accounts in our update. Then he goes on to say, “Hey Casper, aren’t you the guys who had the packages going out to the Governors a year or so ago”? Well, no Neil, WE are not. As a matter of fact Neil, there is virtually nothing in your update addressing our group which is correct but a laundry list of things said which are incorrect. Are you too lazy to actually read what we say or do you need a new assistant who can read? You seem to believe that the accounts you are chasing contain or should contain, all the money in the world. Has it occurred to you that there are funds in this world you are not involved with?

Keenan then mentions many things having to do with "his business" which are no doubt of ongoing interest to everyone but which are not specifically related to our business regardless of what he might think. There is ample derision, confusion, and conflicts of interest currently going on in your world Mr. Neil, so perhaps you would find it more profitable to be looking over your own shoulder rather than issuing unsolicited, emotionally distressing remarks about "our business" which is no concern of yours.

Prejudisim = Division, We are all One

I was very please to read Drakes response to the message that was sent to him on the topic of prejudisim and words that are used to single out and create stereo types.

It is vitally important right now that we identify our ingrained prejudisims and the social buzz words that have been programmed into our brains and how they effect not only our outlook, but the very way that we interact with our brothers and sisters across this planet.

In the article "Dare we keep our hearts open"  I  discuss the importance of letting go of these words and ideas that have been brainwashed into our society by the Cabal.


Our hearts are our guides.  The cabal knows this, and they take every opportunity to desensitize our hearts to the evil and wrongness of the world.  They have created division to keep people separate and used the media to continuously drown us with their images. Movies, TV, Video games, Music, Sports...  They have created distrust to keep people divided. They have created alienation and prejudice to keep people in distrust. They have created distrust to fill people with animosity and indifference.

The Powers That Be, for centuries and millennia, have  divided people by race and colour, by religion and philosophy, by political ideologies.  They have spent centuries telling the people "THOSE people are different.  THEY are not like you. THEY are wrong and you are right. THEY are not worthy".  

The time has come for us to analyse the words that we have had programmed into our society and our consciousness to divide and separate us.  Words like Conservative, Liberal, Republican, Democrat, Capitalist, Socialist, Marxist, Communist, Catholic, Christian, Jew, Agnostic, Muslim, Hindu, Atheist, Sikh, Pagan, Coptic, Messianic, Orthodox, Extremist, Gay, Straight, Bi, Black, White, Brown, Yellow, Red, Mulatto...

These are man made words, created to control the masses. They have created a fiction into which we are forced to use these words to define ourselves, creating a paradigm of right and wrong, good and bad, and to fire up volatile emotions- which makes humans easy to manipulate.

United we stand, Divided we fall.  ...and that's the point, isn't it?


Many times we use words without thinking about what they truly mean. Children use words that they hear their parents and media/society/peers continually use without understanding their real definition, nor the negative undercurrent that is perpetuated by them. 

Ask yourself what words and descriptions do you commonly use without thinking.

Be the change you wish to see in the world.  

Be the change by changing your vocabulary. Be the change by making the conscious decision to stop using the words that the Cabal has seeded into our society to divide us. 

We are One.

       OK, since you asked…

      It will not be acceptable to use ANYTHING that causes division.

      Derogatory ‘labels’ are the first order of division, Thus none of them are to be allowed.

      No one is to continue references that diminish any other being no matter what that

might be.

      I strongly suggest anyone who has any problem with another person, to look within

themselves and address whatever the basis of ‘their’ prejudice might be.

      And yes, I have lived within prejudice because of the above. I grew up during the

beginning of the civil rights movement. My parents were very active in this effort and

as a child I was subject to hateful discrimination.

      Judging a persons actions does not allow ALL of that particular oriented people to

be lumped in with the actions of an individual. It is that individuals actions alone that must

be considered.

      Any person who is willing to stand up to the problems we ALL now face, is very welcome to be a part of what we are all trying to accomplish.

     I may have screwed up and used used a label that should never be used…I do not remember.

     IF I have, I will make every effort to never do that again…

     However, exactly what reference is acceptable? Is there any ‘label’ that is descriptive yet not diminishing?

     I offer that I am only human and as such prone to human error…I’m not using that as an

excuse, rather as a simple fact of being.

     In the movie ‘A time to kill’, the racial us and them is made a point. Yet when the prejudicial was presented on the reverse side, the actions of the person, and all the values set forth in those actions were what was judged.

     To bring this altogether…

     We live on a planet with a great diversity of people. Our planet has become too small for separations, irrespective of the reasons.

     It is past time to ignore ALL prejudices in order that we can unite as The Human Race.

     Where a man is judged only on the content of his character, his actions, and the intent thereof.

     I am well aware that I am very imperfect, and thus I do not feel qualified in any leadership role.

     I only offer that ALL of us have a long way to go in order to become as we should be. Even so, I still look forward to that day. That this just might be able to be accomplished by very imperfect men and women who are only human.

     Everyone has prejudices of one kind or another. We are now faced with the responsibility to refuse that forced division, contain our individual beliefs that are the basis of any division, so we can come together in the common cause of FREEDOM for ALL.

Standard Bank of South Africa Faces FIVE Counts of Civil Fraud.

On Monday the 10th September 2012, Michael Tellinger served a Summons on
Standard Bank in the Supreme Court of South Gauteng, Johannesburg, case
number 34355/2012 – which consist of 5 counts of civil fraud and 3 counts of
contravention of the Bank Act. As far as we know this is the first time ever
that any bank has been taken to task on charges of fraud. There is no doubt
that this will escalate into a major media story as soon as it leaks out and
the media realise the astronomical implications of this case.

In all the court appearances that we have had to date, that is Tellinger and
many other individuals who dared to stand up to the seemingly insurmountable
power of the banksters, the banks have never been questioned by the highly
suspicious judges and/or put to task about the process of securitisation;
the legal ownership of the actual loan or debt; the whereabouts of the
original Promissory Notes; profiteering and undue enrichment; claiming to
act as a bank when in fact they act as an agent or intermediary and other
breaches of several codes of conduct. In essence, the judges have accepted
everything the banks claim as ‘holy gospel’ while treating the people as
guilty criminals. Now, Tellinger has become the applicant and we trust the
courts and judges will be as harsh with the banks and their lawyers as they
were with the people when facing what seems to be trumped up and unlawful
charges by the banks.

It is important to remind our judges that they are the servants of the
people and that they should start behaving as such – serving the people and
delivering impartial justice based on evidence from all sides after duly
considering the arguments of all parties. Our experience has shown that this
is NOT the case. At this stage they seem to behaving like servants of the
corporations, raising many questions about possible backroom deals and
possible pay-offs to get certain judgements in favour of banks.

The Ubuntu Movement is investigating launching criminal charges against all
the banks in the near future. We have already received 200 emails in support
from people who want to join in the possible criminal charges. But our
strength lies in the numbers of people that join us in the case, and the
more affidavits we have the stronger our chances of waking up the judges and
forcing them to critically cross-examine the banksters.

Until now their highly paid lawyers have been getting away with lying under
oath (we have this on record for those who doubt us), presenting
unacceptable affidavits on behalf of their clients, and using the highly
complex court rules to avoid justice, while the banksters continue to
unlawfully repossess property and executing it, and plunging millions of
honest and hardworking South Africans into financial ruin which in many
cases leads to suicide. There can be no greater abuse of power and the law
that is currently exhibited by the banksters.

It appears that what we are dealing with here is the largest organised crime
syndicate on planet earth – crippling humanity and getting away with it
because of uniformed and ignorant judges who refuse to ask simple questions
to put them behind bars. So for now, share this information with others and

After a brief game of tag, Neil and I were able to get together on Skype and have a very enlightening and long conversation. Followed by another conversation with Neil and Drake, and then another long conversation between Drake and I.

...There was some very Very interesting information exchanged back and forth to say the least, and I am hoping to have permission to write about some of the things we discussed in the very near future.

I want to thank Neil for clarifying some extremely important information on the Wanta Reagan Mitterrand funds. I have passed that information along, and a few of my sources are being seriously questioned about their information and where they got it. 

I think that some of the confusion that circles this money is the cabal driven hatred and distrust of the USSR and Russia.  Many people hold those responsible for the creation of this fund as heroes because of what the theft of this money accomplished.  But the money was stolen, regardless of the American biased opinion. That money was mirrored from the Global Accounts and according to Neil was never under the control of those people to begin with.

As for the World Global Settlements and various Prosperity Packages, Neil and I disagree on where we stand on that at this moment.  His prime focus is on the Collateral Global Accounts, as it should be, and I am waiting for his next update on that topic with much excitement.  

I want to say to those reading this that we, the people of the world, are very fortunate to have people like Neil and Drake, and many many others, who have put them selves out there to bring us the truth.  You might not agree with them, you might not want to believe them, but the truth will come out very soon that will show that they are true Patriots- Patriots of Humanity.  It is the inexhaustible resolve and committed actions of amazing people like Neil and Drake that are bringing Freedom & Prosperity to the world and her people. 

It is sometimes difficult to see the entire puzzle that is coming together piece by piece.  Sometimes we focus so closely at one section of the puzzle that we are unable to see other sections, and the different people working on other areas.  It is even harder still to step back and try to view the entire puzzle as a whole.  Until you've stood back and viewed the various sections of the puzzle that are being worked on all at once, you really cannot sit back and say "Hey, that piece doesn't go there, it doesn't fit!", because until you've studied the whole, you can not understand how the parts will come together.

I will post a section of Part 2 that deals with our current situation in regards to the collateral accounts and the Gold bonds that are part of the Keenan suit, but first I want to give an update on several things I've spoken about in the past few weeks.

We've always known that those in the positions of being decision makers and power movers have been liberally spraying smoke screens and at times spreading outright lies to keep people off balance and confused.  The implementation of the new financial system and the release of the World Global Settlements and various other funds, and the Global Currency Revaluation has been kept under the heaviest blanket of secrecy imaginable and they don't want to give anyone the ability to "KNOW" when it's all going to happen.  In the past week we've had this lesson driven home as we've realized that several of those whom we thought were working with us, were in fact withholding vital information.

Regardless of the questionable sources, our own personal sources have confirmation of very vital information.  We are extremely excited about our current situation and where we all stand.

The prosperity packages are rolling out very very quickly right now- and we are looking for a magic number to trigger the event we are waiting for.

I'm currently working confirmation that mortgages in the US are being paid off and trying to get clarification of which program/funds are involved. 

"Casper's" latest report  was a huge pile of disinfo and lies. I've suspected that he's is a disinformation specialist for a while, and this report absolutely confirms it.  A few facts mixed with a whole lot of bull crap.

The Federal Reserve is NOT printing more money.   They have not printed money since 2009, and haven't printed even a single bill to replace the old and tattered bills since 2010.  You can't print anything if you don't have printing presses or paper. QE3 is not what it seems nor what is being reported in the media.

President Eddie Soekarno, the Amanah, the Book of Maklumat, and the Indonesian connection

As more information continues to come forth regarding the parameters of this extraordinary lawsuit and its ramifications on the freeing up of the global economy, the pieces of the puzzle are slowly beginning to fit together. 
     As stated previously, in exchange for the gold which was surrendered by the Kuomintang government and the Dragon Family, bonds were issued in both 1928 as well as 1934 by the Federal Reserve Bank.  An additional series of bonds were issued in 1968.  These were known as 'Kennedy Bonds'.  The issuance of these bonds provides a key link back to the aforementioned Green Hilton Memorial Agreement, signed by president John F. Kennedy.  According to the lawsuit,

"The Kennedy Bonds represent a series of notes printed for the purpose of creating a settlement fund for the gold and other precious metals transferred to the United States under the terms of the Green Hilton Memorial Agreement (GHMA), November 11, 1963 which was executed by, among others, President John F. Kennedy and President Soekarno, the first President of Indonesia, who had previously been entrusted with the care of the gold."

Yet another series of bonds were issued in 1998 as part of the Dragon Families attempts to collect interest on previously issued bonds.  In each instance of bond issuance, the obligations for payment were never met by the Federal Reserve nor by the Bank for International Settlements.  According to the wording of the Keenan federal lawsuit, in a statement made by Akihiko Yamaguchi, a "Signatory of the Dragon Family", and the same gentleman mentioned previously as being a part of the Chiasso incident,

"We, the Dragon Family, requested some interest to the U.S. Government on 1998...And, we have received the Kennedy Bonds, issued in 1998, as one of the interest payments from the U.S. Government.  I recognize as my position that the Kennedy Bonds were issued by the U.S. Government as the interest only for the Dragon Family."

According to the wording of the lien against the Federal Reserve bank, 

"The gold was acquired through a time when gold coin and gold bullion could not be privately owned and had to be surrendered to the State.  The States combined the bullion into a single central deposit (the BIS) whereby all countries would have equitable access.  The gold is actually owned by the Governments through their Ministry of Finance.  In 1948, under U.N. Resolution MISA 81704, Operation Heavy Freedom, President Soekarno was appointed as M1 (Monetary Controller) and the entire centralized system was put under his disposal as Trustee.  It is deposited into the system by a group of Trustees appointed by Soekarno.  These trustees formed an association of Trustees now known as the Amanah, otherwise known as the Mandates.  The Mandates have assigned their authority over the accounts to Neil F. Keenan and Keith F. Scott."

What can be gleaned from this is that this entire cache of gold has been passed between trustees (Soekarno - The Amanah - Neil Keenan) since at least the late 1940's.  The way in which the rightful owners of this gold, the Dragon family and other Asian societies, have kept track of their deposits is through something known as the The Book of Maklumat or The Book of Codes.  According to Benjamin Fulford, in an article posted on the 8th of November, 2011, just weeks before the Keenan lawsuit was filed (viewable HERE), 

"This is a book that details the historical ownership of much of the world’s gold by a group of Asian royal families. They also have copies of the original cash certificates and evidence of how this money was transferred to the custodianship of the Government of the United States for the use on behalf of the international community."

The following short audio clip from David Wilcock (HERE) explains in very simple terms the entire history of everything that you have read previously.   
     What is also coming to light is the fact that vast swaths of gold remain buried throughout the nation of Indonesia, perhaps even far more than was buried in the Philippines by Japan during Operation Golden Lily.  Whether or not this is gold that was put on deposit through the BIS and the Federal Reserve or if it is in fact part of a vast network of treasure which was buried and kept secret by the Asian royal families is as yet unknown.  It has also been brought to the attention of this writer that large amounts of gold are buried within Taiwan, Thailand, and Australia.  Once again, it is not quite certain as to whether or not this gold has been 'put on deposit' or whether it has been kept a closely guarded secret.  It also bears noting that according to the wording of the Keenan Federal lawsuit, the total value of the bonds granted to the Dragon family over the course of the past eighty years stretches into the "many thousands of trillions of United States Dollars."

One final thing bears noting in regards to this lawsuit and these liens.  According to personal testimony from some of the principals involved, this writer understands that there are several different financial packages that are currently on the table in regards to what exactly will take place once these funds are released, and once the cabalist structure is removed from power.  As mentioned previously, this is a world-wide effort involving more than 140 nations.  Part of the discussion involves the funding of a plethora of ground-breaking new technologies which are currently in operation and have been very carefully suppressed for at least one hundred years.  As we shall see in Part III of this research report, these new technologies have the potential to usher the world into a new golden age by providing cheap and limitless new sources of energy that will bring the world out of poverty, clean up all toxicity (air, land and sea), provide nutritious food and clean water to every person on earth, and lead us into a new dawn of deep space travel.
